okay... so tonight was really cool. =)

went to see "rent" with some awesome people: stephanie loughlin, alycia landers, and shelby collier. umm.... the soundtrack was nice! the movie...? well. wouldn't recommend it. but the music was awesome! so. get the cd.

afterward, we went to starbucks, and shelby and i made some completely awesome voicemail messages! lol, so that was great =)

tomorrow's national day of face-stuffing. excited about celebrating with family... however, not so excited about gaining 500 pounds.

friday's going to rock like igneous. going to the movie with 4 foreign exchange students (each from a different country) and jordan. lol... absolute excitement!

okay... so this weekend kicked some stuff around hardcore. in a good way.

yesterday, i went to the holiday parade. when i first got there, i went upstairs in the guard room, and met a mouse. i have officially named him lester =) he's cute.

then, my brother came into town. my grandmother, my brother, my dad and i all went to Mongolian BBQ to eat some food. mmm... 'twas tasty

then, i went to kristine abbott's house for her birthday party. i fit 60 SKITTLES in my mouth! it was awesome! then, with kristine, whitney, jenava, john and i, we went outside and played hide and seek. haha... i have that on tape. then we made a "horror film" with the video camera kristine had. omigoodness it's the funniest thing in the world! jenava is making copies of it... so you absolutely must see it!

then today, we woke up and watched elf before we went to church. then we went to church and the service was absolutely moving. idk what's changed in the church the past 2 months on sunday mornings, when i haven't been there... but it's absolutely amazing.

after the service, we went out to eat a on the border, where i saw chea working! it was pretty cool. and we got free sopapillas because we told them it was Kristine's birthday.

then we went to old navy (i bought an awesome scarf. but only because i was cold). then, we went to petco, and i got to hold one of the bunnies! =) uhh... then we went to barnes and noble, and i filled my mind with the intellect of sigmund freud and his book On Dreams. it was very interesting, and i want to finish reading it.

then, my dad and i went to go see zathura! ahh... that movie was absolutely amazing!!! i liked it a lot!

umm... so that's basically my entire weekend. so there you go!

so, today has been cool. =)

i just finished having an extremely long conversation with my older brother. and something extremely... uhh... almost creepy originated from that conversation.

so he was telling me about this dream he had last night. he and i were in the car, and i was driving his car. for some reason, we were running from the police. to escape them, we drove onto this field. on it, there was a random orange parachute. well, we saw the police coming, along with the farmer of the field, so we hid the car underneath the parachute. when they asked us where the car was, we played dumb, staring at them blankly and saying "what car?". well, eventually, we convinced them there really wasn't a car there.

then my brother and i started talking about dreams, and theories about dreams. he mentioned that one theory is that dreams are a form of telepathy, almost like since he had a dream i was in last night, then something about that would happen today, or i would have a dream with him in it, or something like that. well...

today in 4th hour, i finished early on everything, so i started reading. after a while, i got really tired, and i looked at the clock, and i said, "hmm... i'll go to sleep at 12:12" i don't know why i assigned it a time, but i did nonetheless. so at 12:12, i put my head down, and i assume i dozed off. well, i awoke with a sudden jerk, involving no loud noise or bad dream of any kind. i woke up from nothing but an adrenaline rush and the gut feeling that something was wrong. i looked up at the clock, and it was 12:14.

remembering this, i asked him about it. i said, "did anything... bad or angering or something happen to you at 12:14?" and he said it was one of those days where so many things happen that are bad, and they happen one right after the other, after a while, you just get fed up with it, and blow your top. well... as soon as he went through the "blow his top" phase, he looked at his clock to see if he had time for a coffee so he could think and collect himself, and it was 12:14.

weird, huh?

so that was interesting. very much so.

well... let's see. what's going on in my life...

i'm rapidly approaching the two year mark. yes, it was nearly two years ago i was laying in bed, just talking to God, and received my call to ministry. that's two years of ups and downs, failing and succeeding; overall, two years of shear wonder. i can't wait to see what God has in store for me in the future... because it rocks already.

THIS IS A SHOUTOUT TO EVERYONE READING:

we're having an outreach at my church on wednesday, december 14th. if we have 100 people, my youth pastor will shave his head, and the person who brings the most people gets to actually do the shaving. there's going to be free pizza and everyone who goes gets a present, and we're not talking like... a party favor. this is cooool stuff, let me tell ya! so yeah... if you want more information, let me know, because i would absolutely love for you to come! =D

well. that's about it. drama and church tonight were awesome, as usual.
